Wheat white flour type “500”; water; sunflower oil; dry sourdough from durum wheat flour (durum wheat flour, water, baker’s yeast, antioxidant: E300); potato flakes; table salt; bread improver ((wheat malt flour, stabilizer (xanthan gum), wheat flour, enzyme complex, emulsifier (diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), antioxidant (ascorbic acid)).

May contain traces of: milk, eggs, soy, sesame, tree nuts, mustard, and lupin.

Preparation instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 ⁰C. Arrange the frozen sticks on the trays and put them in the oven. Bake 30 s at 180 °C with steam,  then reduce the temperature to 160 °C and bake 10-15 min.
