Bread without Yeast with Sourdough

Fermentation occurs with the help of beneficial active bacteria from durum sourdough. The dough rising process must last a minimum of 3 hours, with a total fermentation time exceeding 5 hours.

Thanks to its specific ingredients and careful preparation process, this bread has a unique aroma in both crust and crumb, a distinctive crumb structure, long-lasting freshness, and excellent sliceability without crumbling.

Preparation instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 ⁰C. Arrange the frozen sticks on the trays and put them in the oven. Bake 30 s at 200 °C with steam,  then reduce the temperature to 190 °C and bake 15-20 min.
