Grandma’s Bread with Whole Wheat Flour and Seeds

Wheat white flour type “500”; water; 3.3% sunflower seeds; sunflower oil; 2.8% pumpkin seeds; 2.8% whole wheat flour; dry sourdough from durum wheat flour (durum wheat flour, water, baker’s yeast, antioxidant: E300), potato flakes; 1.5% oat flakes; dry wheat sourdough (wheat dark flour type “1100”, starter culture); 1.4% flaxseed; bread improver (wheat semi-white flour type “850”, soy flour, enzymes, antioxidant E300); table salt; wheat gluten; bread improver ((wheat malt flour, stabilizer (xanthan gum), enzyme complex, emulsifier (diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), antioxidant (ascorbic acid)).

Preparation instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 ⁰C. Arrange the frozen sticks on the trays and put them in the oven. Bake 30 s at 180 °C with steam,  then reduce the temperature to 160 °C and bake 10-15 min.
